b. Have your laptop installed with the remote desktop software below, and then open the software to have the access code ready. (We recommend 'AnyDesk')
c. Call us and mention the software you have installed, along with the access code.
d. Provide model name of your DVR, it is located under the bottom of the Unit (Model: XVST xxxx, TVST xxxx, DVST xxxx, CVST xxxx).
e. Update your firmware to the latest. Most of firmwares, client softwares and manuals are located at http://download.eyemaxdvr.com
depending on your job site environment and the condition of the laptop you have, this preparation takes up to 30 minutes or even worse, and other companies are waiting to get support after your turn.
